Ainco is a company specialised in the manufacturing and assembly of metal ducts, ventilation units, silencers, acoustic cabinets, and other ventilation accessories. Founded in 1985, we offer our experience, expertise, and quality in the installation of forced or natural ventilation, air intake or sweeping, and air conditioning projects.

Ainco has its own workshops for the construction of all types of ducts in any kind of thin metal sheet or fibreglass, as well as specialised personnel for their assembly.

With reference to insulation, Ainco is a distributor of thermal or acoustic insulating materials, and a specialist in heat insulation with protections in aluminium sheet, stainless steel or other similar materials. Our field of operation is very wide, from the industrial sector to the construction sector, including shopping centres, hospitals, etc.

More than three decades of experience, in a clear commitment to technological innovation and investment in state-of-the-art machinery, as well as the implementation of the Duct Fire Resistance Certificate, make us a leading company in the ventilation and insulation sector.

Certifications

Pioneer company in Asturias in obtaining the Fire Resistance Certification E600 120, according to the UNE-EN 1507:2007 standard for single-sector metal smoke extraction ducts.

Applicable regulations

The ‘Código Técnico de la Edificación’ (Building Technical Code), in force since March 2006, in the section referring to garage ventilation, specifies that all ducts installed after 29 March 2007 must comply with the UNE-EN 13501- 4:2007 fire stability standard E600 120. To this end, and for sake to our commitment to excellence, Ainco was certified in May 2008 by AFITI-LICOF (Laboratorio Oficial de Ensayos del Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio), even exceeding the guidelines for galvanised sheet metal ducts in thicknesses of 0.6 to 1.2 mm, by confirming a duration of 120 minutes instead of the 90 required by the standard.
